Follow up with a negative review I booked the wrong room in the basement. When I checked in on the third night, I went to the front desk to upgrade the room and paid 49 yuan for it. First, I found a hole in the quilt to prevent me from checking out, so I had to pay for it and take photos in advance. I turned on the TV and found that the member’s TV couldn’t be watched. I called the front desk and told them that the previous room membership belonged to another guest. I then purchased a Xiaomi Movie membership on my own. When I logged in, I found that the TV was out of network, so I called the front desk again. The staff came and couldn't solve the problem and said to call the manager. I said yes, turned on the speaker phone and dialed the phone. Here's the key point. The manager is a woman. Without saying a few words, the female manager had a very bad attitude on the phone and said, "I don't want to talk to you." She hung up the phone on her own initiative. The lady at the front desk and an aunt asked me to change rooms and took me to other rooms to see if there was any problem with the network. After changing rooms, I discovered that the sheets had signs of burns from cigarette butts. I filed a complaint with Ctrip, and the lady at the front desk and the staff kept saying sorry to me. The female manager was very obscene and had a bad attitude from the moment she received the call, until I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel and ask their manager to apologize to me. It was only the next day that I got an apology from the female manager. The reason was that her child was sick and she spoke in a bad tone. From checking in on the night of the 8th to leaving on the morning of the 11th, the whole experience was extremely bad. I will not leave a negative review anonymously. 酒店在中心位置，出行方便，房內乾淨衞生，服務很好，原以為不帶早餐的，到前台説早餐都是免費的，而且比較豐盛。房內還放了一小盤小零食，很讓人驚喜。房內裝潢也很有格調，看得出酒店老闆是把酒店生意當成一份事業來做的。但衞生間的衞生還需進步，一個漱口杯上的牙膏還有殘留印子

房間還行，面積不大，經濟實惠，出門不巧，深夜2點43分被樓道一羣青年男女吵醒，嚷嚷聲，開門聲充斥樓道良久，感歎素質教育，家庭教育之重要。，因房間電話分機不寫聯絡號碼，形同虛設，遂下樓尋找前台工作人員未果，不了了之，自認倒黴。

房間小，衞生不是很好，酒店前台服務一般般，地理位置還可以，出行挺方便的，出去吃飯購物挺方便，可以去看看

設施齊全，衞生乾淨，服務周到，出行方便，值得客户信賴，歡迎新老顧客至上。
